1:1 不從惡人的計謀，不站罪人的道路，不坐褻慢人的座位，Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. ungodly: or, wicked
1:2 惟喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜思想，這人便為有福！
But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
1:3 他要像一棵樹栽在溪水旁，按時候結果子，葉子也不枯乾。凡他所做的盡都順利。
And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. wither: Heb. fade
1:4 惡人並不是這樣，乃像糠秕被風吹散。
The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.
1:5 因此，當審判的時候惡人必站立不住；罪人在義人的會中也是如此。
Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
1:6 因為耶和華知道義人的道路；惡人的道路卻必滅亡。
For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

111:1 你們要讚美耶和華！我要在正直人的大會中，並公會中，一心稱謝耶和華。Praise ye the LORD. I will praise the LORD with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation. Praise ye...: Heb. Hallelujah
111:2 耶和華的作為本為大；凡喜愛的都必考察。
The works of the LORD are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein.
111:3 他所行的是尊榮和威嚴；他的公義存到永遠。
His work is honourable and glorious: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
111:4 他行了奇事，使人記念；耶和華有恩惠，有憐憫。
He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: the LORD is gracious and full of compassion.
111:5 他賜糧食給敬畏他的人；他必永遠記念他的約。
He hath given meat unto them that fear him: he will ever be mindful of his covenant. meat: Heb. prey
111:6 他向百姓顯出大能的作為，把外邦的地賜給他們為業。
He hath shewed his people the power of his works, that he may give them the heritage of the heathen.
111:7 他手所行的是誠實公平；他的訓詞都是確實的，
The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure.
111:8 是永永遠遠堅定的，是按誠實正直設立的。
They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness. stand...: Heb. are established
111:9 他向百姓施行救贖，命定他的約，直到永遠；他的名聖而可畏。
He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.
111:10 敬畏耶和華是智慧的開端；凡遵行他命令的是聰明人。耶和華是永遠當讚美的！
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments : his praise endureth for ever. a good...: or, good success his commandments: Heb. them

詩篇 92 : 4 Psalms 92 : 4
因你─耶和華藉著你的作為叫我高興，我要因你手的工作歡呼。
For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands.

全年讀經: 瑪拉基書1-4章 啟示錄22章

我總認為藉著回顧過往，我們可以清楚地看到上帝手所做的工。當我們回想過去時，會比較容易明白為何上帝給我這樣一個家庭；並讓我在生命中遇見不同的人和經歷不同的處境；為何上帝會允許苦難；為何祂會把我帶到不同的地方，從事不同的工作和職業。
回顧我的一生，想起上帝是如何用祂手所做的工（詩篇92篇4節）來帶領我的人生旅途時，我清楚看見了上帝的智慧及愛（當然不是完全清楚，因為唯有在天堂我們才能完全明白）。如詩人所說，每當想起上帝是如何信實地幫助、帶領我，我就滿心歡喜（詩篇111篇）。

相反地，展望未來好像就不是那麼清楚了。你是否也有過這樣的經驗，當前面的道路開始彎曲、迷茫、可怕時，感覺自己好像迷失方向？在邁進新的一年之前，不如先停下來回顧過去一年發生的事，你會發現，當上帝說：「我總不撇下你，也不丟棄你」這句話時，祂是認真的。所以，讓我們大膽地宣告：「主是幫助我的，我必不懼怕。」
希伯來書 13 : 5-6 Hebrews 13 : 5-6
13:5 你們存心不可貪愛錢財，要以自己所有的為足；因為主曾說：我總不撇下你，也不丟棄你。
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
13:6 所以我們可以放膽說：主是幫助我的，我必不懼怕；人能把我怎麼樣呢？So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

上帝承諾祂會和我們同在並幫助我們，牢記這一點，你就可以滿懷信心地跨入2011年。JS

妳們來查封難道不用檢察官陪同嗎？ 那女的結結巴巴答不上來…
警察伯伯跟我說：千萬不能跟她們說我確切的住址和名字，
以防她們套到妳的資料。 我想收到這封"平信"且 "無封口" 的存証信函的人應該不止我吧！
千萬要小心，由其是那些獨自在家且容易受騙的老人家，
可能會因此受到驚嚇而開啟家門任他們大肆搜括！

11:32 我又何必再說呢？若要一一細說，基甸、巴拉、參孫、耶弗他、大衛、撒母耳，和眾先知的事，時候就不夠了。
And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets:
11:33 他們因著信，制伏了敵國，行了公義，得了應許，堵了獅子的口，
Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
11:34 滅了烈火的猛勢，脫了刀劍的鋒刃；軟弱變為剛強，爭戰顯出勇敢，打退外邦的全軍。
Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
11:35 有婦人得自己的死人復活。又有人忍受嚴刑，不肯苟且得釋放（原文是贖），為要得著更美的復活。
Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection:
11:36 又有人忍受戲弄、鞭打、捆鎖、監禁、各等的磨煉，And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment:
11:37 被石頭打死，被鋸鋸死，受試探，被刀殺，披著綿羊山羊的皮各處奔跑，受窮乏、患難、苦害，
They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;
11:38 在曠野、山嶺、山洞、地穴，飄流無定，本是世界不配有的人。(Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.
11:39 這些人都是因信得了美好的證據，卻仍未得著所應許的； And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:
11:40 因為　神給我們預備了更美的事，叫他們若不與我們同得，就不能完全。
God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect. provided: or, foreseen

在寫給兒子愛德華的信裡，愛因斯坦這麼說：「人生就像騎自行車，為了要保持平衡，必須持續前進。」這位偉大的科學家給了一個實際又明智的忠告。
這個忠告也可以運用在基督徒的生命中。許多基督徒因著相信上帝，在任何困難的情況和環境下，都勇往直前。但是，當他們經歷了道德上的挫敗時，就會失去平衡跌倒。他們後悔莫及，並認為自己不配得上帝的寬恕。他們無法重新站起來，靈命生活也就停滯不前。
聖經裡提到幾個人生命中所犯的嚴重錯誤：亞伯拉罕向法老王撒謊，說妻子撒拉是自己的妹妹
創世記 12 : 11-17 Genesis 12 : 11-17

12:11 將近埃及，就對他妻子撒萊說：「我知道你是容貌俊美的婦人。And it came to pass, when he was come near to enter into Egypt, that he said unto Sarai his wife, Behold now, I know that thou art a fair woman to look upon:
12:12 埃及人看見你必說：『這是他的妻子』，他們就要殺我，卻叫你存活。
Therefore it shall come to pass, when the Egyptians shall see thee, that they shall say, This is his wife: and they will kill me, but they will save thee alive.
12:13 求你說，你是我的妹子，使我因你得平安，我的命也因你存活。」
Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister: that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee.
12:14 及至亞伯蘭到了埃及，埃及人看見那婦人極其美貌。And it came to pass, that, when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman that she was very fair.
12:15 法老的臣宰看見了她，就在法老面前誇獎她。那婦人就被帶進法老的宮去。
The princes also of Pharaoh saw her, and commended her before Pharaoh: and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house.
12:16 法老因這婦人就厚待亞伯蘭，亞伯蘭得了許多牛、羊、駱駝、公驢、母驢、僕婢。
And he entreated Abram well for her sake: and he had sheep, and oxen, and he asses, and menservants, and maidservants, and she asses, and camels.
12:17 耶和華因亞伯蘭妻子撒萊的緣故，降大災與法老和他的全家。And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram's wife.

雅各為了得到屬於頭生子以掃的祝福而哄騙父親
創世記 27 : 18-29 Genesis 27 : 18-29

27:18 雅各到他父親那裡說：「我父親！」他說：「我在這裡。我兒，你是誰？」
And he came unto his father, and said, My father: and he said, Here am I; who art thou, my son?
27:19 雅各對他父親說：「我是你的長子以掃；我已照你所吩咐我的行了。請起來坐著，吃我的野味，好給我祝福。」
And Jacob said unto his father, I am Esau thy firstborn; I have done according as thou badest me: arise, I pray thee, sit and eat of my venison, that thy soul may bless me.
27:20 以撒對他兒子說：「我兒，你如何找得這麼快呢？」他說：「因為耶和華─你的　神使我遇見好機會得著的。」
And Isaac said unto his son, How is it that thou hast found it so quickly, my son? And he said, Because the LORD thy God brought it to me. to me: Heb. before me
27:21 以撒對雅各說：「我兒，你近前來，我摸摸你，知道你真是我的兒子以掃不是？」
And Isaac said unto Jacob, Come near, I pray thee, that I may feel thee, my son, whether thou be my very son Esau or not.
27:22 雅各就挨近他父親以撒。以撒摸著他，說：「聲音是雅各的聲音，手卻是以掃的手。」
And Jacob went near unto Isaac his father; and he felt him, and said, The voice is Jacob's voice, but the hands are the hands of Esau.
27:23 以撒就辨不出他來；因為他手上有毛，像他哥哥以掃的手一樣，就給他祝福；
And he discerned him not, because his hands were hairy, as his brother Esau's hands: so he blessed him.
27:24 又說：「你真是我兒子以掃嗎？」他說：「我是。」And he said, Art thou my very son Esau? And he said, I am .
27:25 以撒說：「你遞給我，我好吃我兒子的野味，給你祝福。」雅各就遞給他，他便吃了，又拿酒給他，他也喝了。And he said, Bring it near to me, and I will eat of my son's venison, that my soul may bless thee. And he brought it near to him, and he did eat: and he brought him wine, and he drank.
27:26 他父親以撒對他說：「我兒，你上前來與我親嘴」。And his father Isaac said unto him, Come near now, and kiss me, my son.
27:27 他就上前與父親親嘴。他父親一聞他衣服上的香氣，就給他祝福，說：我兒的香氣如同耶和華賜福之田地的香氣一樣。And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which the LORD hath blessed:
27:28 願　神賜你天上的甘露，地上的肥土，並許多五穀新酒。
Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine:
27:29 願多民事奉你，多國跪拜你。願你作你弟兄的主；你母親的兒子向你跪拜。凡咒詛你的，願他受咒詛；為你祝福的，願他蒙福。
Let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

摩西違背上帝，用杖擊打磐石而不是以口吩咐

民數記 20 : 7 -12 Numbers 20 : 7 -12

20:7 耶和華曉諭摩西說：
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
20:8 「你拿著杖去，和你的哥哥亞倫招聚會眾，在他們眼前吩咐磐石發出水來，水就從磐石流出，給會眾和他們的牲畜喝。」
Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.
20:9 於是摩西照耶和華所吩咐的，從耶和華面前取了杖去。And Moses took the rod from before the LORD, as he commanded him.
20:10 摩西、亞倫就招聚會眾到磐石前。摩西說：「你們這些背叛的人聽我說：我為你們使水從這磐石中流出來嗎？」
And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock?
20:11 摩西舉手，用杖擊打磐石兩下，就有許多水流出來，會眾和他們的牲畜都喝了。
And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also .
20:12 耶和華對摩西、亞倫說：「因為你們不信我，不在以色列人眼前尊我為聖，所以你們必不得領這會眾進我所賜給他們的地去。」
And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.

但是，儘管這樣，我們從聖經得知：「這些人都是因信得了美好的證據。」
希伯來書 11 : 39 Hebrews 11 : 39

這些人都是因信得了美好的證據，卻仍未得著所應許的； And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:

這些聖經的人物被當成楷模，是因為當他們跌倒時，他們轉向上帝並且再一次地追隨祂。你是否因犯罪而使靈命陷入低谷，無法站起來呢？要真心悔改，並且再次跟隨這位賜給我們第二次機會的上帝。HDF

1:18 耶穌基督降生的事記在下面：他母親馬利亞已經許配了約瑟，還沒有迎娶，馬利亞就從聖靈懷了孕。
Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
1:19 她丈夫約瑟是個義人，不願意明明的羞辱她，想要暗暗地把她休了。
Then Joseph her husband, being a just man , and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.
1:20 正思念這事的時候，有主的使者向他夢中顯現，說：「大衛的子孫約瑟，不要怕！只管娶過你的妻子馬利亞來，因她所懷的孕是從聖靈來的。
But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. conceived: Gr. begotten

Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
1:23 說：「必有童女懷孕生子；人要稱他的名為以馬內利。」（以馬內利翻出來就是「　神與我們同在」。）Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us. they...: or, his name shall be called
1:24 約瑟醒了，起來，就遵著主使者的吩咐把妻子娶過來；Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
1:25 只是沒有和她同房，等她生了兒子（有古卷：等他生了頭胎的兒子），就給他起名叫耶穌。
And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

我們對馬太與路加所記載的聖誕事蹟，已經如此熟悉。我想：我們是否真的瞭解確實發生了什麼事？某天，天使告訴一童女，她要藉著聖靈的力量懷孕生子

路加福音 1 : 26-38 Luke 1 : 26-38

1:26 到了第六個月，天使加百列奉　神的差遣往加利利的一座城去，這城名叫拿撒勒，
And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
1:27 到一個童女那裡，是已經許配大衛家的一個人，名叫約瑟。童女的名字叫馬利亞；
To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
1:28 天使進去，對她說：蒙大恩的女子，我問你安，主和你同在了！
And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. highly...: or, graciously accepted, or, of much grace
1:29 馬利亞因這話就很驚慌，又反復思想這樣問安是甚麼意思。And when she saw him , she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
1:30 天使對她說：馬利亞，不要怕！你在　神面前已經蒙恩了。And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.
1:31 你要懷孕生子，可以給他起名叫耶穌。
And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
1:32 他要為大，稱為至高者的兒子；主　神要把他祖大衛的位給他。
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
1:33 他要作雅各家的王，直到永遠；他的國也沒有窮盡。And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
1:34 馬利亞對天使說：我沒有出嫁，怎麼有這事呢？
Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
1:35 天使回答說：聖靈要臨到你身上，至高者的能力要蔭庇你，因此所要生的聖者必稱為　神的兒子（或作：所要生的，必稱為聖，稱為　神的兒子）。
And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.
1:36 況且你的親戚以利沙伯，在年老的時候也懷了男胎，就是那素來稱為不生育的，現在有孕六個月了。
And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.
1:37 因為，出於　神的話，沒有一句不帶能力的。
For with God nothing shall be impossible.
1:38 馬利亞說：我是主的使女，情願照你的話成就在我身上。天使就離開她去了。
And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

。接著，天使告訴童女的未婚夫要娶童女為妻，並將孩子取名為耶穌，「因他要將自己的百姓從罪惡裏救出來」

馬太福音 1 : 21 Matthew 1 : 21

她將要生一個兒子，你要給他起名叫耶穌，因他要將自己的百姓從罪惡裡救出來。」And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. JESUS: that is, Saviour, Heb

牧羊人看見天上的天使，並被告知將有救主降生在伯利恆

路加福音 2 : 11 Luke 2 : 11

2:11 因今天在大衛的城裡，為你們生了救主，就是主基督。For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

幾個博士也跋涉了好遠的路到伯利恆，要敬拜那一位生為猶太人之王的救主

2:2 「那生下來作猶太人之王的在那裡？我們在東方看見他的星，特來拜他。」Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

想一想，這一切真的是令人驚嘆！
還有一件事同樣令人驚奇，那就是馬利亞、約瑟、牧羊人和博士都嚴格地遵從天使的指示，按照天使的話去行。馬利亞全然順服上帝；約瑟娶她為妻；牧羊人去伯利恆尋找那位出生在馬槽裡的嬰孩；博士也跟隨天上的星尋見耶穌。所有這些無法預見結果的行動，他們都憑著從上帝而來的信心去行。真是令人驚嘆！
今年聖誕節，我們該如何行呢？就算我們面臨不確定或難以承受的遭遇時，仍願意相信跟隨上帝嗎？

請不要將茶葉或是茶包泡太久
上上週朋友老爸住院(在高醫)，去探望後經過了解，情況如下：
大約在中秋節前後，身體並無異狀，但身上多處出現水腫尤其以手腳最為? 黠! @，皮膚按下去之後會陷下去，久久才會回復。
經醫生診斷後表示，為腎衰竭的症況，到醫院檢查時發現兩個腎臟約90%都已纖維化只剩一小部份還在運作，因腎臟負責排水，但因已沒有排水的功能，所以導致體內積水有很多水分都排不出來。
後來用類固醇去抑制讓病情不要再惡化，因已將近要洗腎的階段目前情況已控制下來，需後續再觀察。
醫師詢問朋友老爸日常生活作息及飲食習慣後分析出原因，長期大量喝茶(泡茶葉)，但因泡茶習慣很不好，常會把茶葉浸泡過久導致茶葉會釋放過多的鉀離子，對腎臟會很致命，今年年初還做完全身健康檢查，有關於腎臟的數據都還很正常，短短幾個月，因泡茶不好的習慣，就可以讓兩個腎臟全毀，實在是很恐怖…。
加上前一陣子早上起來都有蛋白尿的現象也沒有注意，此症狀初期既無任何症狀，所以也不易察覺等到發現身上出現水腫及有稍微搔癢階段時已是腎臟損壞末期階段。
所以有在泡茶的人請不要將茶葉或是茶包泡太久，如果又是經常性有泡茶習慣的人更是要注意！
雖然現在! 洗腎健保有給付，但個人生命安全還是比較重要！
